2) Lift weights. I suggest Stronglifts 5x5 because it’s simple and effective. You want to build muscle because muscle on the body helps burn fat throughout the day. This is a perfect time to do what is known in weight lifting as “bulking.” Spend time lifting weights (if you’re new to it check out Stronglifts 5x5 for a program to get started).
