I think it's down or whatever as of January 1 2025. None of the bots are talking back.

My energy says I've run out but when I go in to get more energy it says I have more than enough to keep talking but for some reason it isn't working and it keeps on showing me the each text costs one energy thing.

It logged me out and when i managed to get back in, all my energy, bots that I’ve created (even private) and chats were gone!! I don’t know what to do! The energy was like 3k+! Almost two years of conversations with several and diff bots GONE! This is not funny.

Bullshit, "it's not down." It hasn't been working all day, and I've been checking on it nearly every damned hour since I updated it nearly two fucking days ago. Constant "Data Parsing Error", "Failed to Load, Click Here to Reload", and "Response Timeout" messages are all I've been seeing for the last two days. Responses are either slow or not loading, the website isn't opening or loading, and none of my history or messages are loading whenever I close out of the app before reopening it. Get your shit together Tech Team, no wonder your loosing sayings like never before. With all this stupid techie shit, you make the Vanilla-Ass character.ai look better than ever.

I love the app but I'm constantly losing tokens due to the connection errors. It sucks watching multiple ad's then losing most of those tokens during the apps problems. Please fix this of find a way to stop users from using tokens during these situations.

With the chat setting it appears to be one chat setting of (spirtalCraft) seems to be not working but with the others it does work please fix this ASAP

Nothing is responding all it says is typing, I've already tried to clear the data uninstall reinstall and restart my phone so I think there might be something wrong with the servers needs to be fixed ASAP

As far as the main concerns are, people (like myself) are able to do everythin as normal but when our messages send, the AI does not respond as per usual. Definitely bene goin on for about a few hours now...I was in the middle of my digital weddin lmao For other concerns like not loadin/ not fast enough connection Go to your settins an clear the cache. Uninstall/ reinstall/ also turn your phone on an off. It usually fixes that problem real quick.

It's good but, after a few weeks of using the app, the Ai response isn't working, I guess its a glitch or something.
