What kind of technical issues regarding people‘s money last this long, and if they aren’t able to do the job that they’re contracted to do they need to just say that. I can't access my earned wages it doesn't give me the option to GET payment. The site was working just fine last week until Tuesday of last week then I was no longer able to access any of my funds anyone else having this issue??
I’ve been trying to access my funds since last August 2024 here it is September 2024 and they keep saying it’s been escalated to IT. It shows I have a balance but every time I try to transfer it does nothing.
Can’t transfer my money cuz my information is not showing up then when I try to add it it’s telling me my card is linked to a different profile…been like this since July 4th.
6/28/24 (14:45hrs) Can’t login at all. Saying incorrect user data, incorrect username and password. Service unavailable. Gateway timeout. Ridiculousness. My card is locked and I cant unlock it to buy anything bc of this bullshit.
This is so crazy. How is anybody supposed to get their money if we can't log in? I've cleared my cache, I've tried it from the desktop site, The mobile site, I tried resetting my password and I tried my single sign-on. Nothing is working.
I have been trying all morning to log into the Payactiv app on my phone and it does the single sign-on but then the circle in the middle of the screen keeps going around and around. Is anyone else having problems today or is there something wrong with the site this morning?
Talked to someone 2 days ago on the phone something happened with the system where it has not updated any hours since June 5th. I hve not been able to get wages. App either a will not show the hours or b it takes forever to get in the app at all. All they can say is it is working on it no time frame when it will be fixed.

Just spoke with Payactiv, it’s a known issue and IT is working on fixing it.

Keeps saying, “unable to load user’s setting” when trying to transfer money. It’s been like this for almost 2 weeks.
