  • Draw on your screen without a toolbar or your stuff being erased when you stop drawing
    Epicpen is even closer to what I'm looking for, but the only problem with it is that there is an annoying toolbar that pops out when you use it.     On Windows you can use the built-in magnifier program to zoom into the screen or use ZoomIt. I constantly zoom in and out for plugins. Or if you have the space, get a second 1080p monitor and drag windows into it when you want them to be bigger. Source: over 2 years ago
