I have been using Coohom for a year, and felt amazed about the 4K renderings as it provides high resolutions for my rendered design works. I am loving so much about their marketing events which give out free 4K rendering tokens really a great bonus for those like me who are always run out of rendering tokens before next subscription. Also, I would really hope that the refer friends program will be keep going on as it is an alternative way to get rendering tokens.

I found http://sweethome3d.com/ which is free/open source. It’s been useful for playing with layouts if you’re happy to just use boxes for some items as there isn’t a huge library of furniture. You can import textures, model, but for the most part I’ve just cared to check the layout is sane and not to get a pretty render. Source: about 3 years ago
